The 7-day, 6-night trek takes place between the “Protected Natural Area of Choquequirao and the Natural Conservation Area of Machu Picchu” and also in part of the great canyon of the Apurimac, which gives an extra dose of Adventure to the visitor. During the tour, different types of geological floors are crossed with remarkable microclimates, from the cold of the Andean tips and the high temperatures offered by the magnificent canyon. Day 1

Cusco – Curahuasi – Capulilloq – Santa Rosa

04.30 am Transfer of the Hotels or Hostels.
05.00 am Transfer from Cusco to Curahuasi.
08.00 am Breakfast at Curahuasi (Not Included).
09:30 am We pass Cachora, and We will continue to Punta Carretera “Capuliyoq.”
10.30 am Arrival to Capulilloq (Start of the trek).
1.30 pm Arrival Chiquiska, Lunch Time.
2:30 pm Restart of the trek until the First Camp (Santa Rosa).
5:30 pm Arrival at Camp Santa Rosa.

Day 2

Santa Rosa – Marampata - Choquequirao – Marampata.

06:00 am Ascent to the “Marampata” Farmhouse, 3 Hours Approx. already in Marampata, Time to Rest, and Be able to Continue towards “Choquequirao.”
11:00 am Arrival to Choquequirao and Accommodation in the Camping Area.
12:30 pm Lunchtime at the Choquequirao Esplanade (open area).
Guided Visit and Free Time in “Choquequirao.”

Day 3

Marampata – Rio Blanco - Maizal

6:00 am. Start of the 8 Hour Walk Approx. to Maizal.
12:30 pm. “Rio Blanco” At 1990 meters We will Stop for Lunch.
1:30 p.m. Restart of the Walk (Last Section of the day).
5:30 p.m. Arrival at “Maizal” At 3000 meters (Camping Site).
5:30 p.m. Tea time.
7:00 p.m. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Maizal – Mina Victoria – Abra San Juan - Yanama

7:00 am. Start of the Walk to the Yanama Village Approx. 7 hours.

1:30 pm. Start of the last leg of the day until Yanama.

Yanama - Totora.

Totora – Playa Sahuayaco- Aguas Calientes.

Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo - Cusco

Return to Aguas Calientes.
Board the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, depending on the Train Ticket Schedule you have.
